GENERAL SHIPPING INFO 

Shipping policy:

Mystical Gaia’s processing window is  1-7 business days. You will receive an initial order confirmation and then a shipping confirmation when your order is scanned at the post office.

WE SHIP THROUGHOUT AUSTRALIA AND WORLDWIDE VIA AUSPOST

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES:

Standard shipping Australia: 2- 8 business days  

International shipping: 6-27 business days depending on your location  

Please note that additional duties and taxes incurred at customs are not included in our shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays or additional fees applied to international shipments.   LOST ITEMS 

When placing an order with Mystical Gaia, it is important to ensure that all shipping information, including the correct address, is entered accurately. 

As the customer, you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of this information. Mystical Gaia  cannot be held liable for any lost orders resulting from an incorrect address or incomplete information entered on an order. 

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for left, lost, or stolen packages. It is important to keep in mind that delivery times may vary depending on various factors. Mystical Gaia cannot guarantee delivery within a specific timeframe. Additionally, delays in customs or other factors outside of our control may contribute to your package being delayed.
