Refund policy

Return/exchange policy:

We do not offer returns or exchanges of products. If your product is damaged please contact mysticalgaiastore@gmail.com  or at +61403044246 within 72 hours of delivery. Emails will need to include order number, a description of damage, and pictures to verify. If it is decided that your product is damaged, a refund or replacement will be sent at the discretion of the buyer. If your product is deemed to not be damaged (at the discretion of seller) you will not receive replacement or refund.
